In most cases, you should receive your refund within 30 days. However, certain circumstances beyond Printing Outlet Miami’s control may not be covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee. Please note that Printing Outlet Miami cannot be held responsible for spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer, inferior quality or low resolution images uploaded by the customer, design errors introduced by the customer during the product or design creation process, errors in user selected options such as finish choice, quantity, or product type, or damage to the products occurring after delivery to the customer. It is important to carefully review and correct any mistakes in your designs before placing your order. Printing Outlet Miami does not proofread documents created by customers prior to processing.
1.5. Notwithstanding the above, Printing Outlet Miami shall have no obligations under any warranties, consumer guarantees, or the aforementioned Satisfaction Guarantee if the alleged defect, nonconformance, or damage is found to have occurred as a result of misuse, use other than as set forth in the applicable user manual or instructions for use, neglect, improper installation or accident, or as a result of improper repair, alteration, modification, storage, transportation, or improper handling, or if the usability is only slightly impaired.
1.6. Any granted product warranty and/or Satisfaction Guarantee extends directly to the customer and not to the customer’s customers, agents, or representatives. Printing Outlet Miami does not provide any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

2.1. Printing Outlet Miami will deliver the products to the address specified in the order confirmation, provided that all corresponding payments have been received in full before the respective due date, using Printing Outlet Miami’s standard packaging methods and in accordance with the customer’s chosen delivery option. Any given delivery time is estimated.
2.2. Printing Outlet Miami may, at its discretion, deliver the products in full or in installments in any sequence or deliver the products prior to the delivery date. In such cases, the customer shall not refuse to receive the products. When products are delivered in partial or installment deliveries, each partial or installment delivery shall be billed separately if such billing process is implemented, and it shall be considered a separate sales agreement between Printing Outlet Miami and the customer. Any delay in delivery or defect in a partial or installment delivery shall not entitle the customer to cancel any other delivery or terminate the sales contract in its entirety.
2.3. The customer agrees that the risk of loss and title of any printed product passes to them upon delivery to our carrier.
2.4. For any product provided to the customer in electronic format, the customer agrees that delivery of such product shall be deemed to have occurred: (a) at the moment we transmit the product via email or other electronic communication addressed to the customer, or (b) at the moment we transmit a notification to the customer that the product is available for download from the website.
2.5. The customer is responsible for thoroughly inspecting all products promptly upon arrival and reporting any defects, non-conformities, or damages immediately through the proof of delivery or collection acceptance documentation when products have been shipped under such Proof of Delivery (POD) or similar service type. A description of the alleged defect, non conformity, or damage must be provided in writing at the time of delivery and signed by or on behalf of the customer. If such delivery service proof was not included with the chosen method of delivery, the customer shall be deemed to have inspected the products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. The customer must notify Printing Outlet Miami, by contacting their customer support team, either in writing (including via email) or by phone, regarding any alleged defects, non conformities, or damages within 14 the products. Failure to timely notify Printing Outlet Miami as indicated in this section voids the product warranty and/or Satisfaction Guarantee. In the case of an order placed by a consumer, i.e., an individual who has acquired the product for use unrelated to any business, commercial, or professional activity, the notice period mentioned is extended to 2 months and starts running from the day the alleged damages or defects are discovered or should reasonably have been discovered when the order was timely inspected upon receipt.
